Thank You February

Lessons learned:

• The ability to inspire naturally resides within the POWERFUL WOMAN. Rather than accept the critical comments from others, she speaks to herself about her gifts, talents and positive traits. She doesn't allow the negativity directed toward her by others to consume her life or get her down. Instead she responds to the negativity by focusing on the positives and by offering herself hope for the future."."

As I begin my journey this March, I bring with me my favorite quote. I want to do more. I would like to be on the road in becoming a multi-faceted individual. I am hoping and asking the universe that a good opportunity will come my way since in the past, I have been given wonderful opportunities like being sent abroad for training, having been promoted in just a couple of months, being given the opportunity to be a Soft Skills trainer, being transferred to become a Transition Queue supervisor and I wouldn't forget my first ever job where the President of the company has given me a letter of appreciation with regard to the graduation speech I had for our training class. I know I can do more each time a task is given to me and I make sure give my best to it because I believe that's how I drive value to my role and responsibility.

• I don't want to look at life as a series of moving ons; because I don't leave things behind. I just blend the good with the bad and make the best use of it. It is more optimistic to see turning points in life as moving up to the next level.

I forgot where I saw this quote or affirmation but I'd like to thank the person who came up with this. This is so true. Yes, I am riding the bus of moving on with hopes of climbing up the ladder to development because that is my career goal. I'd like to develop myself more to able to contribute more. I am ready for higher roles and responsibilities.
